We port it across to VoIPninjas. The process typically takes 5–10 working days depending on your current provider. Your number stays the same — your clients won't notice a thing. Don't cancel your existing service until the port confirms.
Do I need an engineer or new phone lines?
No. VoIPninjas runs over your existing broadband connection. No engineer visits, no new lines, no disruption.
What hardware do I need?
You can use the PulseHD app on your existing phone, laptop, or PC — no new hardware at all. If you prefer a desk phone, we recommend and provision the Grandstream GXP2135. We configure it remotely — you just plug it in.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. All plans are month to month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Can I have more than one number?

What is a call whisper?
